These terms summarise how renting a car with Invictus Via works. They apply to every booking made through this website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. The full, binding rental agreement is signed at the time of pickup.
Bookings & confirmation
Submitting the booking form sends us a request, not a guaranteed reservation. We confirm availability and the final price by email or WhatsApp, usually within an hour. No payment is taken online at the time of request.
Driver requirements
- Minimum age 21 with a valid driving license held for at least 2 years.
- A valid passport or ID is required at pickup. Additional drivers must present the same documents.
Payment & deposit
Payment is made on pickup, in cash or by card. We do not hold a security deposit on the car. For bookings over €300, a small €100 reservation deposit is required to hold the vehicle, it is not an extra cost, it counts toward your total, and you simply pay the rest at pick-up.
Insurance
Every rental includes Compulsory Third-Party Liability (OSAGO) and full CASCO insurance at no extra cost. In the event of an accident, a police report is required for coverage to apply.
Mileage & territory
Unlimited mileage is included for travel within Montenegro. Cross-border travel must be arranged in advance and may require additional documents.
Fuel & condition
Vehicles are supplied clean and with a set fuel level, and should be returned the same way. The renter is responsible for fines, tolls, and interior or exterior damage incurred during the rental period.
Changes & cancellations
To change or extend a rental, contact us at least 24 hours before the end of the period. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you are unsatisfied within the first 1–3 days, you may return the vehicle without charge.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Montenegro.
