What can I say but how amazing Nikola was. Easy and smooth pick up and drop off. Everything covered with no hidden extras. All the stress of hiring a car was removed by excellent service. Unfortunately, I had an argument with a concrete flower pot on a very narrow road and managed to damage the car. Phoned Nikola and what a pleasant response I received. No stress, no worry. No demands for extra monies. This team deliver exactly what they say they will. Excellent stress and worry free rental at a very reasonable price. Going to Montenegro? Need a car? The main reason we chose this company was that their website clearly stated that comprehensive insurance was included in the rental price. In the end, we were incredibly grateful for that, because during our two-week rental I accidentally scratched the car. For drivers from the UK, driving on the opposite side of the road in Montenegro, with its narrow roads, unpaved routes and limited parking spaces, comprehensive insurance is absolutely essential. When we reported the damage, the team handled everything quickly and professionally, ensuring that it had no impact on our travel plans. True to what was stated on their website, there were no hidden charges whatsoever, and returning the car was a smooth and pleasant experience. I would happily rent from them again.
