Hello, I highly reccomand this rental car company. I took a very economic, easy to park, agile, Toyofa Yaris in hybrid 1.5 engine. Bozydar was very for us and explain in details everything. The red tapes last just a while. Moretheless, uncortunately during our rental, we had an car accident where the women which was driving different car failed to exercise due caution and maintain a safe distance, and scratched the rear of our car. Bozydar responded quickly and professionally, helping us manage the entire situation so well that we felt 100% looked after. We had previously tried to rent a car from a competitor, Planet Car Rental; they completely disregarded us and failed to provide the car we had confirmed and arranged. Instead, they brought us a totally dilapidated vehicle that was over 20 years old—with no air conditioning and a trunk that wouldn't even open! It was an absolute disaster.
