To book a monthly rent you need to go to the Monthly Rents section on our website and complete the contact form to let us know which type of a car you wish to rent and period you wish to rent it for.
Also if you have any additional notes, let us know!
To extend the rent, simply contact our team 24 hours before the end of the rent, and your period will be extended.
To cancel a booking, contact a member of our team within the specified period:

Our company offers Compulsory third-party liability insurance also known (CTPL) as well as Comprehensive car insurance also known as Casco Insurance, all of which are already accounted for in the price for free.
In addition to choosing the car you wish to use, date/time and location for pick up and drop off, we will need your name, surname, email address and a phone number to reach you and confirm the booking.
Once the booking is made, our team will prepare the lease agreement, that we will sign prior to giving you the car.
We will need your passport and driving license.
If there is an additional driver, their passport and driving license is also required.
Yes, for bookings 7 or more days in advance a deposit needs to be paid, in case of a cancelation that was made in less than 24 hours of the scheduled rent period.

The minimum age for renting is 21 years.
The car should be returned in the same clean condition as it was delivered to the renter; otherwise, the renter will be fined. The prices vary from 10 to 20 euros.

The amount of fuel given to the renter should be the same amount returned.
If there is a shortage of fuel, it will be compensated in cash or deducted from the deposit.
If the car is used within the territory of Montenegro, there is no mileage limit. We define mileage limits sometimes in the contract for long-term rents with frequent travels beyond the borders of Montenegro.
Yes, the drop-off location can be changed from the one in the initial booking.For these situations our company needs to be notified 24 hours before the end of the lease.
No, if our company determines that the driver is capable and we give the approval, there won’t be any additional fees.

Payment and Billing:
If the reservation is made 7 or more days in advance from the scheduled rent day, a deposit needs to paid. You can choose to pay it in cash, via credit card or a money transfer to our company account.
For all other bookings there are no requirements!

CASCO Insurance covers not only all rental car damages, but also all third-party liabilities and damages irregardless of the driver’s fault.
(In such cases, the driver is accountable for the damage to the vehicle and will face fines matching the extent of the damage caused)
(Refusal to do so will result in CASCO not being activated, and the renter will bear fault for the damages.)
If you are insured with another company, it is crucial to follow the entire process, including undergoing an alcohol test and completing the European report. When returning the car, please request copies of the documentation submitted and the damage invoice from us. Ensure that you submit all the provided documentation and the invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement of the incurred costs. Feel free to reach out to our Customer Service for any required additional documentation.
Besides the mentioned pick-up and drop-off locations, you can request a specific address by contacting us.
For towns, we will also contact you to have a precise location for delivery and or pick up.
Yes, after-hours drop off/pick up and also before-hours are available.
For these occasions we need to be notified at least 24 hours prior.

Deposit implies the maximum responsibility you take for the damages made to the car by your fault.
For returning customers we remove it as a token of appreciation

Booking Deposit(For reservations 7 or more days in advance) is calculated after the booking is made, and our team notifies the renter immediately.
Booking Deposits are returned immediately after you pick up the car.
If the renter complied to our rental policies the deposit is refunded in full, otherwise the deduction will be made.
You should contact a member of our team immediately, exit the vehicle, but do not leave the place of the accident. This is necessary for the police to create a report and for CASCO Insurance to cover the damage of the accident with insurance.
